Subject-To (Sub2) means:

  • You sell me your house.
     
  • Your existing loan stays in place (in your name).
     
  • I take over the payments and keep the mortgage current.
     

The bank is happy because it still gets paid.
You’re happy because you no longer have the stress of making payments.
